Reputation capital — Consulting
Redesign of the logo and corporate identity concept, layout design for the style guide and printed materials, website development, and social media management under a new concept for the consulting firm Reputation Capital
REASONS FOR REBRANDING
The logo and visual identity, developed more than 15 years ago, now look outdated and out of touch with the modern context. During this time, the brand has come a long way; the market, the audience, and the company’s core values have changed—but the visual language has remained the same. This creates a disconnect between who the brand is today and how it presents itself.
TASK
A logo should convey a sense of status even before anyone reads the company’s name—seriousness, exclusivity, and authority should be evident at first glance, without explanation. It’s not about a pretty picture, but about a visual code that immediately signals: this is a top-tier player. Here, restraint works in contrast to exclusivity—the fewer unnecessary elements, the more expensive it looks.
And when Reputation Capital’s clients look at this logo, they should sense not just “good design,” but an inner conviction: these are people you can do business with. Prestige, consistency, and exclusivity—all of this should be conveyed subconsciously, building trust even before the first phone call or business proposal. The logo is, in essence, the first sales manager, working silently but persuasively.
